Welcome to GoLong. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About GoLong

GoLong is a technology-based platform that acts as an aggregator, connecting customers with independent cab drivers for local and outstation travel. GoLong does not own or operate vehicles and does not directly employ drivers.


2. Services Offered

GoLong provides cab booking services for:

  • Local city rides
  • Outstation (city-to-city / inter-state) rides
  • One-way and round-trip journeys

Service availability may vary depending on location, driver availability, and operational conditions.


3. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A 10% advance payment is required at the time of booking, payable via UPI.
  • The remaining amount is to be paid in cash directly to the driver after completion of the ride, unless otherwise specified.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the advance payment.

4. Pricing Policy

  • Ride prices are fixed and communicated before confirmation of the booking.
  • The quoted price includes standard travel charges as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Any additional charges (if applicable) such as parking fees, tolls, or state taxes will be informed in advance or handled as per ride agreement.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Driver & Vehicle Responsibility

  • All drivers listed on GoLong are independent service providers.
  • Drivers are responsible for:
    • Valid driving licenses
    • Vehicle permits and insurance
    • Safe and lawful operation of the vehicle

GoLong verifies driver details to a reasonable extent but does not guarantee driver conduct beyond platform checks.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop details
  • Be ready at the pickup location on time
  • Maintain respectful behavior towards drivers
  • Avoid carrying illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items

GoLong reserves the right to deny or terminate service in case of misconduct, abuse, or illegal activity.


8. Safety & Liability

  • GoLong is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. GoLong and drivers are not liable for lost or misplaced items.
  • Any disputes during the ride should be reported to GoLong support at the earliest.

9. Service Limitations

  • GoLong does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
  • Ride completion is subject to driver availability and acceptance.
  • Estimated arrival times are approximate and may vary.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, design, and graphics, is the property of GoLong and may not be copied, reproduced, or misused without prior written permission.


11. Changes to Terms

GoLong reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
